Water Fasting Retreat We offer Fasting Retreats supervised by Dr. Robert Sniadach, who has over 15 years experience with fasting patients. Wisdom from ancient traditions strongly encourages fasting as the supreme way to heal illness, purify oneself and grow spiritually. Natural Health Education We teach and practice Natural Hygiene as our system of natural health care. Natural Hygiene recognizes that the human body is a fully self-sufficient organism that is capable of maintaining itself in superb functioning order and completely free of disease if its basic needs are properly met. Work/Study Program Vida Clara welcomes 2-3 Work/Study Students to learn more about Natural Hygiene, organic farming and to live the lifestyle.
